Shopping Basics

We usually take 4 working days to ship from our end, including courier partner’s time, It will take around 6-7 days to reach you, but in some areas, it might take up to 8-10 days to reach.

1. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 3 days of your order delivery. We only offer 1 free exchange/return if in case of 2nd return/exchange there will be a charge of ₹150 on the total amount.

2. Returns are not accepted on essential products like Face masks etc.

No, right now shipping is only available for pan India, We’re working hard to get more options on board.

Payments

We offer payment through Net Banking, Credit/Debit card, and UPI.

COD is also available, for this option you need to bear some minimal COD charges. (In case of return COD handling fee amount won’t be refundable)

Shipping & Returns

We understand you’re concern but as a small startup, we don’t offer an open delivery, but we have a very easy return policy, you can simply return your order within 3 days of delivery.

1. We will pick up the return within 2 – 4 working days of your request for return.

2. The return takes about 5 – 7 business days to reach our warehouse.

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes all the necessary quality checks we will initiate the refund process.

5. Once we have received your product and checked it. We will initiate your refund within 7 to 10 working days. It will take 3 to 5 days to reflect in your bank account. The entire return request to refund process will take 15 days.

6. For credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI payment, we shall refund directly into the same payment mode by which you have purchased the product. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of receipt of your returned item. It will take 3 to 5 days to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery, you’ve to confirm your bank details over email customer.damaze@gmail.com, once we receive your return we’ll transfer your amount to your bank account.

You can cancel/change your order before it is shipped.
