Replace / Return
Tell us why you want to replace or return your product.
1. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 3 days of your order delivery. We only offer 1 free exchange/return if in case of 2nd return/exchange there will be a charge of ₹150 on total amount.
2. Returns are not accepted on essential products like: Face masks etc.
3.” Sale” items are called out by a Sale badge; These items may not be returned or exchanged; they are also not subject to price adjustments.
4. Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
5. Price adjustments will be honored within ten (10) days of the original purchase date, and refunded in the original form of payment. Cod payment will be refunded by UPI or other payment modes.
6. Shipping and COD handling costs, gift box costs, and other charges are non-refundable(if any).
7. Damaged or Defective items: In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our customer care team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
